Passion for the Work:
My passion for the work stems from the belief that everyone deserves access to the proper tools to reach their full potential. Since high school, I've had a passion for mentoring young people and as I matured through school, I realized that athletes and entertainers; many who grew up in the same neighborhoods I did, often weren’t equipped with the support or resources to help advance their minds, alongside their craft. That’s where I saw a lane for this work and consistently sought opportunities in my professional life to bridge that gap.
What I Do in PD:
A key facet of my work is to engage with players on what they need and help to provide whatever that resource is. That can range from connecting them to other players and business leaders; guidance for their loved ones as they navigate supporting players in the league; or building interactive spaces at signature events like Draft and All-Star for players to lounge out of the spotlight.
Fun Facts:
I was a Junior Olympic Champion in the sport of racquetball
